Why we do this: CareQuest records video calls so that a record exists if anyone ever raises a safety concern. Recordings are stored securely and are not shared with you or your match. Nobody watches them as a matter of course — only trained CareQuest staff can open a recording, only when a concern has been raised, and every time a staff member opens one we log who it was. Recordings are deleted automatically after 30 days.

You can tick this later instead, from your CareQuest page. Video calls stay switched off until both you and your match have agreed.
